After payment, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email id.
Items will be shipped in a single box mostly or multiple boxes for any specific type of order.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed only on Monday. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed on the next working day.

In and Around West Mambalam , Navalur and R A Puram - Same day or next day delivery.
Chennai and Tamil Nadu - Within 2 to 3 working days.
South States - Within 2 to 3 working days.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed on weekdays are processed the next working day. Orders on weekends are processed the following Monday. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order receipt via email.
Where do you deliver in India?
We currently deliver across all major cities and states in India. Same or next-day delivery is available in select Chennai areas, while most South Indian states receive orders within 2–3 days. Other states typically receive parcels within 5–8 working days.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures or a video. Once confirmed, a full refund including return shipping will be processed.
What are your pack sizes or combo options?
We offer a variety of sizes in oils and sweeteners—from everyday 500ml/1L packs to special trial kits with multiple products. Combo packs are ideal for gifting or first-time use.
